I haven't had Carl's in many years. I wasn't sure what to expect and I have to say it was a decent burger. It was a good sized burger, with a nice portion of fresh iceberg lettuce. I will for sure order it again.

That was THE BEST Chicken Charbroiled Chicken Club™ Sandwich Combo ! The Chicken was cooked Perfectly. Normally, it's a bit chewy.. So Thank you

I ordered the Triple Famous Star® it was supposed to be 3 patties wrapped in lettuce and it arrived with one patty wrapped in lettuce. Not only that but door dash only refunded half of what the burger cost - it costs 15.74 and they gave me $7 for the mistake. So dumb. Bad customer service and poor quality from Carls Jr. it was also a gift for my boyfriend who was tattooing and can't go get more food so now he's going to be hungry.

The Beyond Star with Cheese is fabulous. I have tried different customizations, and so far the best one is no mayo, no secret sauce, extra lettuce, extra tomato, and I believe extra cheese. It isn't soggy that way.

I didnt get what I ordered, it wad labeled incorrectly at Double Big Carl® Combo when it was a single and the onion rings that were ordered extra crispy, were almost still raw.
