Double famous star and the big hamburger were both perfect. Followed customization requests well. Always really good. Staff there is super sweet.

I ordered the Bacon swiss chicken sandwich and got a plain chicken sandwich, paid for extra toppings and didn't get anything. Just the bread and chicken. The hand breaded chicken strips were cold and was all burnt batter. Fries were cold and just got crumbs. simply horrible!

Ordered a famous star & for my whole burger splattered with sauces, it was cold too & cheese was shriveled!

Hamburgers were burnt. First time this has ever happened with a Carl's Jr. order. Very disappointing.
