Onion Rings were fresh, hot, and delicious. the Big Cheeseburger was perfect,they remembered my add-ons and removals❤️❤️❤️

The Big Cheeseburger was really good. The Natural-Cut French Fries were really good. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was ok. However, I ordered extra mayo & extra pickles on the chicken sandwiches. The chicken had no spice to it, just a small smear of mayo, one small piece of limp lettuce, & 2 pickles. No extra mayo, or extra pickles. So, the chicken sandwich was very dry. I realize that the sandwiches were buy one get one, but my special requests should have been honored. Especially as high as fast food prices are, now. We love Carl's Jr, but this is the third time that part of my order was incorrect.

Customer service was lacking and unwelcoming, they almost forgot the kids drink until I reminded them, and they forgot my order of small fries. The food itself was pretty underwhelming and was honestly pretty gross. My daughter had no issues with her meal.

They forgot my egg and the biscuits were raw the gravy had No flavor. The coffee was old and burned. The shake was more like chocolate milk then a shake. This was not a good experience at all. usually much better don't know what happened today

bread was hard the picture shows 2 pieces of meat i got one and I ordered two of these both having the same issue
