My order was almost $70 and 1 of my kids meal drinks were missing the drink and my 9 piece chicken stars was missing from my order. For the price I paid for this order was not worth the terrible customer service I received from this restaurant.

We have ordered many times from Carl's. The hamburgers are wonderful and delicious, as are the chicken sandwiches. However- in the last two orders we didn't receive what was ordered. The bagsneed to be double checked before they leave the restaurant.And if possible checked upondelivery before the Dasher leaves!

the food was good. the portions are very good. the zucchini was okay but the oil they use to cook them did not taste fresh.

I ordered double western combo, paid extra to upgrade for 9 pc jalapeno poppers and got cold and dry fries instead. I ordered strawberry fanta and got Hi-C and the buns on the burger were hard and stale.
