Best pizza spot in Florida that I've tried, up to this point, while being priced extremely fair. This is coming from someone who was born and raised in Philly, into my father and uncle's pizzeria business of over 30 years. With a total of 13 locations at one point, but now sold and retired for a long time. The dough is mixed and proofed to perfection, creating an airy yet chewy crust, and an immaculate fold to the slice. The sauce has the perfect amount of tang, while offering the full robustness of the tomatoes, and a dash of sweet. The toppings are top tier and fresh, making any choice a home run. The same goes for the calzones and strombolis, using the same dough and ingredients, if you're wanting that instead of a pizza. The choices for appetizers are exactly what I would hope to be offered from a pizzeria. I'm a sucker for cream cheese jalepeno poppers, and they do not disappoint. They have a deliciously crisp bite to them, while oozing out a savory cream cheese and softness of the mild jalepeno. I imagine the other appetizers would hit on the same level of satisfaction, seeing that they proudly choose premium products for all of their items on the menu. I have yet to dabble into their pasta dishes, but have seen what they put out. Based on what I've seen, the portions are more than generous, and I have to imagine they uphold their same standards of deliciousness. I will be trying a few, the next time I visit with my children. Oh, speaking of children, all 3 of them (5, 8, 13) said it was the best pizza they ever had. When a kid is also on board, and not comparing it to the processed crap coming from the main franchises that most kids prefer, that's saying something! Anyways, if you're thinking about this place, just pull the trigger and order whatever you're in the mood for, because I can't see anything but deliciousness and bellies satisfied happening afterwards... and maybe a little well deserved food coma nap. Oh, one more thing, you get the wonderful bonus of having an extremely friendly group of people working there, that make you feel like family, and wanting to come back just for the sweet interaction of picking up and checking out. Nothing else I could really say. Customer for life. 10/10
