We ordered the steak Marsala and Italian sandwich and were very disappointed. We love going to Carrabbas and the food rarely disappoints. We assumed the sandwiches would be the same quality but not at all. The steak sandwich was mushy without the sauce and the Italian sandwich literally had 4 thin slices of meat, 2 thin slices of tomato and a glob of cheese. Neither sandwich looked anything like the picture. Definitely not worth the money

Very disappointing for Carrabbas. The NEW! Italian Sandwich only had two slices of thin meat and the bread was dried out. The NEW! Meatball Sandwich was okay, but not worth the price. Sandwiches were small. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here in the future.

The saddest meatball sandwich I've ever seen. Two tiny meatballs cut in half that didn't even cover half of the bread. They also got the side wrong...

I'm a vegetarian. I ordered the NEW! Caprese Sandwich** sandwich and pasta salad. I was given a chicken sandwich without a side. I also ordered a pop. so essentially I'm only getting $12 back from my $25 order and on top of that the only thing I can actually consume is the pop.
