Absolutely delicious!! NEW! Meatball Sandwich,Italian NEW! Italian Sandwich, NEW! Steak Marsala Sandwich. They are a little small though. Mama Mandola's Chicken Soup - Bowl, wonderful and very flavorful!

What a great idea! This was the perfect late lunch/early dinner meal i needed. The sandwich was great and the cool pasta salad was amazing. It was just what I needed. Nice and light, whereas most of the items on Doordash are pretty heavy. As a matter of fact, I'm having this again for dinner tonight! Cheers!

My husband's Steak NEW! Steak Marsala Sandwich arrived piping hot. The NEW! Bruschette Chicken Sandwich** was ice cold. I expected a hot sandwich since the chicken is grilled and bruschetta is usually served warm.
Husband raved about his steak sandwich. I was happy I order penne with pomodoro as my side; it was hot. My dog enjoyed the cold chicken.

Steak Marsala Sandwich Bundle Sandwich had good flavor but the steak on it was inedible, tough and fatty. Could not even bite through it. Pasta salad is very good though.

This store expects a phone call for special requests. They chose to not allow special requests through the Door Dash and GrubHub apps.
I ordered the Bruschette Chicken sandwich a couple of weeks ago through Door Dash. I gave it a bad review because the sandwich was ice cold. Austin, a Williamsburg store manager called me to let me know the sandwich is a cold entree. He offered a gift certificate which I declined since the dish was properly prepared. Austin said that many customers request this sandwich be hot.
Today I was placing an order for the Bruschette Chicken sandwich. Carabbas Sandwich Bistro does not accept special requests through the app. When I called the store, the employee told me I must call for special requests.
The menu should indicate this is a cold entree, most people would expect a hot entree as I did. The item should have an option for a hot sandwich - a little check box would work.
Although Austin contacted me showing that Carabbas cares about customer experience, I will not order from this restaurant again.
