BBQ Rib Tips were very tasty the bbq sauce is fantasticn, excellent portions for the money, i thoghtit wouldn't be worth the price, but waspleasantly surprised that it was. The Tips were fresh and meaty, double baked potatoe was fantastic and you already know the slaw is world famous, chefs kiss🤌 good job..

MAGNIFICENT meal!! Ordered the BBQ Baby Backs Full Slab and the BBQ Chicken 1/2 and for the appetizer, the Shrimp DeJonghe (They had read on Yelp that Carson's was listed as one of the 10 Best restaurants in Chicago for Shrimp DeJonghe ). We also had Plastic Ware , Napkins , and Individual BBQ Sauce provided in the order. The sides were the Fries and the Salt and Pepper crusted baked potatoe along with their heavenly cole slaw. Everything arrived hot and fresh. I was entertaining for the holidays and wanted my guests to have THE BEST!!! Which they did! Thanking Carson's for their exceptional quality and for always helping me host guests from out of town in excellent style! Happy Holidays! Looking forward to continued dining pleasure in 2026.

They're back and the food was AWESOME!!! The Out-of-towners came back from D.C. and once again we ordered from the BEST restaurant in the City of Chicago!This time we had the BBQ Chicken, all white meat, with the salt and pepper crusted baked potato and the 1/2 Baby Back ribs with the au gratin potatoes. Everything was glorious and well prepared!! Oh, and we ordered an extra cole slaw because they got addicted to it from our first meal. Thank you so much Carson's! I am officially the Hostess with the Mostest!!

For the most part they were tough and chewy. Most of the hard end pieces like the remnants of what was left over from various other top slabs. Despite there being a lot of fat, there were only a few tender pieces. Disappointed especially because it was the holiday and I wanted some good barbecue. I didn't think to take pictures but I have a few from the ones that were totally inedible.
