my order was delivered so fast. The ice cream was delicious as usual. The toppings were throughout the sundae , that is what I love about this Carvel. They are very consistent. Everyone that works there does the same, plenty of toppings
The sorbet was so smooth, not icy. The small cup of vanilla was creamy and had sprinkles, lots of sprinkles. Very happy as usual with Carvel and how fast I got my order. Thank you!

They never disappoint. Their ice cream cakes always decorated beautifully wether by their way or if I want it personalized my way they are the best! Very nice people to.

I don't know what it is with this store location.
I have ordered multiple times and every single time the order was wrong or missing items. I pay for extra items and those items aren't included.
If something is not available, no one tells you.
Or they send something random instead that I didn't even order, that is just unacceptable.
Very Poor Management or You Just Don't Care.
Then to try and dispute this with DD who won't refund you or having this happen over n over again. We will not trust in this place ever again.
