Called Carvel and asked them to do an all vanilla cake and they were very accommodating. Cake tasted soo good. Amazing ❤❤ Thanks

On a large sundae, probably a tablespoon or less of each topping (no adjustment to toppings for size of sundae). Also no whipped cream or cherry as pictured. Basically just a big lump of vanilla soft serve. Special instructions turned off so no way to specify otherwise.

The Heath was supposed to be made with caramel but mine was all chocolate which I do not like so, very disappointing. I would not have ordered if it said chocolate. It very clearly says caramel though.

Honestly the worst ice cream ive ordered. The butter pecan ice cream tasted sour and I got crushed oreos and mnms as toppings both of which were stale and gross.
