Ordered ice cream in a cone.
Received ice cream on a stick.
4 pack specifically states soft serve chocolate ice cream cone.
When ordered previous times, got (2) vanilla soft serve cones with sprinkles and (2) chocolate soft serve cones with sprinkles.
It comes frozen.
This last order just was vanilla ice cream on a stick!
Order at your own peril. At least you will get something cold...no guarantees!

Delivered through doordash but there was no coverings on our order nor packaged to secure our ice creams. Completely exposed to the dasher handling our order, which we would have had to trust nothing was done to it, fallen or anything else you can think of. Didn’t think that was thought through and not so safe of the store to allow.

Both sundaes were completely overpoweringly sweet and inedible. Will not be ordering again.
