I have to admit that I worked for Joe Fong 45 years ago and I have been told there has been no recent changes but honestly I thought they were brining the chicken because it is moist and fall apart tender! Usually I dislike white meat because it says big hard drive chunks that are like 2" x 2" most places do it poorly but I have been wowed! This place is very close to my house all the way admit I worked for dragon inn on Campbell many years ago. Chickens always been good but now it's crazy good. Are used to think the thing that I always was amazed by what is the hot and sour soup which I have to say is the best hot and sour soup and a drive up in Springfield to my knowledge. I have a friend who agrees. I kept thinking oh I've just forgotten hell can't you check it once but it's not like my teeth got better with age in the pandemic it's a matter fact I broke one and it is still broke! Can you FaceTime you can FaceTime for me if you get DoorDash they use the strongest paper bags I've ever felt in my life and like I say at 63 paper bags were once the gold standard for all bagging. I just really have to say I've been blown away for lack of a better term

Sauce for the #1. Cashew Chicken with rice, egg roll & crab rangoon tastes great and the portion isgood forthe value. The food always tastes fresh, even wwen I order it for my evening meal after work. Always likethe extra Side of green onions (2 oz portion cup) to add to my cashew chicken or sweet and sour chicken order. would order again and wouldn't mind seeing them on more platforms.

i order the same thing for lunch almost every single day & i never get tired of it because of how delicious it is! my go to is the jr. #11. Jr. Cashew Chicken with rice, egg roll & crab rangoon & a Pepsi. it's always served hot K fresh & the amount of food is just right! i will even reuse the containers they come in as tupper ware! they are dishwasher & microwave safe! 14/10 would recommend every time :)

I am a lover of SPICY food! I want it to be hotter than anything you can imagine. I want it to be so hot you have to sign a disclaimer Last time my wife and I ordered, I got the general chicken and asked them to make it as spicy as they could, as well as a side of their chili sauce. It was great but not that spicy (I ate the chili oil with a spoon). This time I discovered the hot and spicy #3. Hot & Spicy Chicken with rice, egg roll & crab rangoon. It was actually fairly spicy and so tasty. I must say, I'm impressed! Wife got Broccoli beef (or chicken) & rice with a side of Teriyaki Side of sauce (8 oz cup). We really like this place! Great prices, quality and always fresh. Pretty sure they make everything to order because it's always SO hot and fresh when it gets here and we live across town.

I normally love this place but this meal was not it. The sauce is off and the chicken seems like it's old. Also, the soda you order will be warm. I saw there was a charge for a cup with ice, but I didn't think I'd need it since the drink would already be cold and I don't mind drinking from a can. Had no idea I was paying money for hot soda 😅 2.5 stars
