They forgot my free pita bread and I paid $3.00 for pita chips of which there were only 2. The salad bowl was good.

I have had Cava in Katy, TX A LOT, never had an issue.
My food from Richmond was not even ok, it went in the trash. The rice bowl was cold, hardly any meat, onions were still hard and rice was not cooked all the way. The worst part my pita chips wer hard and cold, I love the fried pita chips and these were Awful!

I have eaten at many Cavas. This one is the worst. It is already bad at missing out on actual items. But, today their portions are ridiculously small. Super stingy restaurant

There was barely any rice or chicken. More lettuce than anything. Also didn't seem fresh.. especially the chicken.

This time, the Salad Bowl does not look as full as it usually is especially when paying extra for Harissa Chicken. Even the additional toppings portions appear skimpy than previous orders.
