The Greek Salad and Crispy Falafel. They are always wonderful. I dont understand why we never get the pita we order for the Greek Salad. Its seems like it is a tiny customer service thing that would make everyone happy! Ha!

ANYTIME I.get a chance to order from CAVA it's ON!!! As a truck driver, even w/grocery shopping... getting healthy food can be seriously challenging. So CAVA not only has delicious energizing freshfood .. the prices amazingly low!! I apprecita this restaurant & I recommend anyone to try it!!!

For a new place that just opened, you'd think they'd be trying to do food right.
I ordered a full order falafel Pita, it's was full of pink and brown rotten lettuce (FYI, pink means live active bacteria) the full order had 4 mini falafals that filled about 1/3 of the Pita, barely any sauce.
The extra sauce I ordered literally had maybe a teaspoon of the garlic sauce in it, maybeI got the last of it who knows.
My whole wrap looked like I got the last of everything! My 2 Pita sandwhichs cost me $30.00 and they weren't worth $5.00.
So disappointed, the Cava in the city is amazing.
Wont be eating here again!!

1. We LOVE Cava. 2. BUT…today was so very disappointing!! Not even just a little bit. Both of our bowls were filled less than half way, when normally they are packed with all the good stuff. 2. Both were missing toppings and I only got one dressing. When you spend over $50 to have food delivered in for a work lunch for just 2 people- this just absolutely missed the mark. I don’t know how to go about getting this refunded or maybe a credit toward 2 grain & greens bowls, but I hope we can get this made right for me. I was completely surprised by it all, because like I said we love you, so hoping it was just an off day. I didn’t get a picture of mine. I didn’t even eat it, so I can take a pic of it when I go back to the office. She did take a photo of hers. So I can ask her to send it to you.

Ordered dips extra at 1.17 a piece so that they'd be in a container to stay fresher so this could be lunch the next day. Still charged me extra and dumped all of it in the bowl.
