Love CAVA they have great Mediterranean flavors. The half protein option only came with 2 falafels but lots of chicken so it was fine. Doesn't seem like they really add more when you put 2x vs 1x on the toppings. Pretty good portion size.

To start I will say everything had amazing flavor however, the Greens + Grains Bowl had like no greens. I ordered the super greens and two orders of the broccoli in the bowl and it had like broccoli dust sprinkled through but not enough to even taste it. And I didn't taste nor see any other greens in the bowl. So kinda disappointing cause I love my greens but like I said everything that did come in the bowl was good. The Cucumber Mint Lime drink .. idk it came with no ice and no straw so I couldn't enjoy it to its full potential to say but when I tasted it it wasn't bad but it wasn't cold so I didn't drink it cause I need my drinks cold cold. The Classic Pita Chips were great not too crunchy but not too soft had good flavor. I think this is a place you have to go in person and maybe they will serve you better portions.

Grain bowl: Great sauces (better to choose 1 or 2), great pita bread (fresh). Pita chips also tasty but greasy. The black lentils were crispy (best to include this info about texture on the menu). Overall I'm not sure that I'd spend $18 (included meat) on it again.

they had a special going for $12 for a grain bowl, no fees, etc. I chose the half "roasted vegetables," half falafel; I received 2 small filafels, and - I kid you not - a single brussel sprout, halved, with less than 10 tiny diced carrot pieces. They should've called it roasted vegetable, no "s." lol. It wasnt such a good deal, when you see the portion size.

The portion of protein is minimal, and they forgot my tomatoes. However, the dressing, hummus, and picked onions tasted great. Seems to be a restaurant to restaurant issue, as the Cava in Gilbert, AZ is on top of their game.
