I ordered the four hand pies and shepherd's pie and the hand pies were hot, fresh and GOOD. The shepherd's pie was hearty and flavorful. Would be so comforting during the fall/winter months. Definitely would order from here again. :)

I've never had 2 SCOTCH EGGS and 2 HAND PIES before, but I've always wanted to try them. They are wonderful! I can't wait to order them again, and the SIDE SODA BREAD* with butter really complement the appetizers perfectly. For some reason, my pictures didn't upload of these items, but they look exactly like the pictures on this site.
The FISH & CHIPS has fresh fish with a lovely breading on it, and the side of Mash & Gravy was a generous portion with the best gravy I've eaten in years, as good as my Grandmother's. There were no chips included, but I was wondering if I read the order form wrong as I meant the Mash & Gravy to be added on to the meal with the chips, not instead of chips.
Still, we are extremely full and satisfied after this hearty meal and look forward to ordering from this restaurant again soon.

The meat was dried out really badly, had a jerky like texture. The bread was very good and fresh.
The PIMENTO CHEESE DIP was very small portion and 3/4 stalks of celery and carrots- stingy amount and not a good value for the money. Overall, very dissappointing.

soo, today is 9/16/2024. I have contemplated on ordering from here for months. I ordered FISH & CHIPS entree. The picture they show is very misleading. I am still hungry. The fish tasted like captain ds, which is where I should have ordered from. I paid for extra tartar sauce, thinking I would have enough fish, but no. they basically gave me a child's plate, with mashed potatoes with 2 fish tenders. It is NOT the picture or anything close to it. I won't do this again. the whole piece you see, you will get 2 of those. better deals at captain ds. and you actually get what you pay for. this plate was not worth 20$
