Char bar is in the foggy bottom district of Washington, d.c., between downtown and Georgetown, and is just steps from the red, orange, and blue line metro stations.
Prime rib was delicious, and cooked perfectly. It was a large cut. Could've used a lot more salt. Vegetables had grill marks but hardly cooked. Onion tasted raw. Worth it for the steak.

This has been the GO TO PLACE for a partner in our law firm who I've ordered meals for every day this week. AMAZING FOOD and thankfully Kosher! I don't know what we would have done without Char Bar! THANK YOU!!!!

We've eaten at Char Bar several times and thought that the food was delicious and prepared well with class! We go back as often as we can and highly recommend Char Bar to others!!

You guys really need to pull your stuff together. We order a lot of Char Bar and your quality has consistently gone down. No extra steak like I asked for, steak not even cut, messy salad.
