This was great. The Dbl Jr Char-Burger was big and juicy. The Mac and Mac & Cheese was cheesy. The Bowl of Chili 10oz was meaty and delicious.

PLEASE don't seal the food in a plastic bag. The paper bag inside was soaked and dissolved from the steam. The Dbl Char-Burger bun was soggy, fell apart uneatable. The fries French Fries were so soggy I threw them away. I have always had a good meal from your location delivered in a paper bag. If this continues I will not pay $32 for a hamburger and fries. Horrible experience this evening.

It was our first time ordering through DoorDash with them. The ordering process was messy, confusing, and disorganized. There were about 50 different methods for choosing toppings only for them to be completely unnecessary and confusing.
Our burger came without a bun and messily thrown into a container. I paid an insane amount for it to come in such a way. I'm extremely disappointed.
Usually I love them, but this was a really poor experience.
