Matcha has chunks of powder and it doesn't taste very sweet even though I did normal sugar. It tastes fine just a bit bland and chalky since th matcha powder hasn't been properly mixed with the milk

Watered down milk tea, ordered black pearl (on promotion) but came with coconut jelly, was disgusting because there was no flavor - I had to just accept the coconut jelly and it's happened before too where they just switch it. I'd rather have no toppings. If somethings out just cancel the order.
