I always order the Brown Sugar Pearls with Fresh Milk from this location and it never disappoints! :) Staff here are also super friendly when I do pick up

The Chatime Pearl Milk Tea was watery and tasteless. The Hot Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Roasted Milk Tea tasted sour for some reason.

taro is not purple taro, picture is deceiving. super super icy. my guess is that they use a ton of ice to cut costs.

Pretty authentic Taiwanese bbt taste close to Chatime I had in Taiwan as well.
