Everything I've ordered from Cheung Sheng has been amazing. I previously learned that a large order of soup is equal to 2 orders of soup from other restaurants and it's really good! First pic is half a container of soup, then the two containers shown is one large order. Third picture I added chile oil and rice. Yumm!

I love love their Hong Kong Chow Fun, lots of noodles, veg and meat and has a slightly smoky flavor. Delicious! Egg rolls are nice and crunchy too.

wife and kids love the orange chicken they said " this is the best Orange Chicken I've ever tasted". and then it all come together with the side order of the Combination Fried Rice wow best fried rice with chicken,shrimp, pork. If you like Chicken Chow Mein This is the spot to go to. can't forget the Crab Rangoon Cream Cheese Wonton (8)

Orange chicken flavir still abounds, thankfully there were lots of bits on the bottom and flavorful strips of orange peels, but the dish was not as saucy as before! Im sorry to say-again-a coulle of large Orange chicken pieces were hard and stringy, as if they were overcooked at least...i dont jnow why those pieces were breaded and deep fried when they were probsvly overcooked before that.
I also ordered two egg rolls $2.99 Door Dash price was food, they were crispy, but not with enough minced cabbage, mostly mushy white stuff inside- like potatoes? Just missing some essential Chinese flavors and come to be bite of cabbage feel. But maybe I've had mostly one style of cabbage? Most of their food has awesome flavors though

the salt and pepper shrimp should have been named the onion and jalapeno pepper shrimp. I enjoyed it but when ordering it did not realize how spicy it would be. The portion was large. In future I would split order with my partner and get a side of egg rolls to clean the pallet a couple of times during the meal. I could separate the shrimp from onions/jalapeno too cool off late in meal. wish they had a no lemon ice tea
