They're not consistent at this location. Sometimes my food is cold or the biscuits are hard. My dasher usually delivers within 5 min of picking up so I know it's not their fault. I ordered large hash browns and the box was half full! I should have gotten the small if that's what I paid for. I go to chick fil a in a lot of different areas and this location does not uphold the level of excellence that I've gotten from chick fil a for many years

Sodas (Coke & Dr. Dr Pepper®) don't taste like they should. They have too much carbon water instead of the sodas. Need to adjust your equipment checked. Not very happy to pay for over priced drinks that don't taste like they should.

the fries are the blandest and soggiest they've been ever, and the filet on the sandwich had a giant chunk of fat or something in it. only the nuggets were edible.

Ordered two kids meals - neither had the sides, one had only 3 pieces of chicken instead if 5, there were no condiments, napkins or straws. Your staff needs to do better.

Very bad. Worst chick fila ive ever had. Chicken was dry fries stale and hard. Would not recommend Woodbridge chick fila
