The lettuce in the salad was brown I just dug through it and ate around the old pieces, the spicy filet i subbed for the cold chicken ...there was barely any on it. First time this has happened through DD.

I ordered an 8 count nugget meal, and it only came with 5 nuggets and the fry container was only halfway full . It's sad that you pay this much for food and you cant even get your money's worth.

This order is not up to par for Chick-fil-A. This is my first order with this particular restaurant. Chicken is overcooked. I asked for 2 mayo and 2 ketchup but only received one of each. The waffle fries were all bits and pieces.

I have to say that Chik fil a has always been my all time favorite, but my last order, a chicken sandwich with extra pickles was very underwhelming. If I had been blindfolded I would not have been able to tell it was my favorite. It completely lacked that Chik fil a taste. I am hoping (praying, actually) that nothing has been changed.

Ordered Large sweet tea, received unsweet tea. Condiments that were requested not added to order! Usually Chick-Fil-A is very dependable on being correct with orders but this store keeps going downhill!!
