Have tried ordering from this location 3 times to give the benefit of the doubt.
1st time: our order was missing a side salad
2nd time: our order was missing a full sandwich combo
3rd time: the fries were extremely stale
The Redwood City location is much higher quality, recommend ordering from there instead.

Placed order-one of the items did not come with the order. Then the Cobb Salad was just ok they sent the wrong dressing so it was not good. The fry's were very oily and a lot of small pieces like the bottom of the tray. I will really think twice to order here again

This place is always fast. The spicy deluxe is the best and I always get the free brownie when I order over $12. Food seems to be fresh every time. I order this at least once a week!

Fountain drink orders should come with a security sticker on the straw insert area. Other companies do this.

The grilled chicken club was tasteless despite th sauce. Sandwich is also quite small
