I was super let down by my visit to Chick-fil-A this time. The packaging was awful and made all my food soggy by the time I opened it. The fries and sandwich had a nasty, mushy feel. Because everything was so soggy, I really couldn’t eat it. Given the price and reputation of Chick-fil-A, I thought the packaging and food quality would be way better. I hope they fix this because it felt like a waste of money.

Cobb Salad came with a teaspoon of corn a dash of cheese and literally a half of an egg. The lettuce was so wet I had to dry it using my spinner. Chicken was like warm at best. And they forgot the side pepper bell peppers and straw. Highly disappointed.

The food was good and hot and order was complete I just am not sure about the breakfast bowl which is a disassembled chicken and egg biscuit without the biscuit. The price is way too high for a disassembled minus the biscuit. I was looking for real scrambled eggs.

This is an absolutely delicious salad. It's always very fresh and quite tasty. Personally, I like foods with a little "kick", and this does it for me. It really is a five-star salad, but I took off a star for the restaurant's failure to fix my order as requested - which is with the chicken strips.

Hash Brown Scramble Burrito Meal the tortilla was stale and literally fell apart. I was shocked because this store usually has fresh items. Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis® were fresh and saved the day.
