I was disappointed in my order. When I have ordered salad in the past the chicken was on the side. The chicken was on the salad which caused the lettuce to have a slimy texture. My cookie was stale and not edible. The parfait was missing granola and a spoon even though the recipe indicated they were added. The medium fruit cup that I ordered was not the medium but rather the small cup. Overall disappointed in my order.

The chicken is always fresh and never overly dry and the breading on the chicken has a lot of good flavor but not overwhelming. The food is a great value and if you order right is a pretty healthy option, especially their salads.

Fox Valley location food has in my experience had more food item taste in its chicken and fries texture than any other location. I don't know how they got back on DoorDash. Oswego and Batavia dont have these issues

Every time I order, it's fast and excellent - having grown up in the south, CFA remains the only restaurant outside the south to be capable of not only an excellent chicken sandwich, but basically the only place that makes chicken biscuit 'sandwiches' for breakfast! And every time, it's fresh and fast - and they seem to be the only local fast food place that doesn't get stringy chicken meat that's impossible to eat, at that.

Two piece chicken strip kids meal with a side of small mac & cheese. My two pieces of chicken were not quite pieces in my opinion. Also, my medium Diet Coke seemed to be mostly seltzer hardly any syrup. I did call the store and they were very accommodating, but in the meantime, I have no drink with my lunch. The employees had to notice that.... it's quite obvious.
