I paid for a medi fry and I got less then a small, for the cost they need to fill up the carton. Won be going back and im a local.

Food was not good. First time this has happened. Tator tots were cold. Tasted like old grease and felt like they had just come from the refrigerator. Overcooked. I think I was sent ones that were reheated.
Burger was cold, greasy mayonnaise all over the b un. I could not eat any of the order today. It will be a while before I reorder

Our food was delicious! The Cobb salad was perfect, as was my hubby's chicken sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie was still warm and yummy!

The best consistent food served by the best customer service team. I am 52 and have never heard ANYONE complain about Chic-fil-A experience ever. #theLordschicken
