I ordered a medium waffle fry, and this isn't even filled to the top, for the price, I'm paying it should be overflowing. Requesting a refund.

My fries are hard like they taste old and my sandwich has a burnt taste to it, I will not be ordering from here again

Tasty, even though the sandwiches are smaller than before, flavor wise and service are excellent
