I love the Chicken, Egg & Cheese Biscuit for breakfast. It's so tasty and filling, and this location always does an excellent job.

Usually Chick-fil-A is a safe choice with reliable food quality and order accuracy. Unfortunately we had a miss on both accounts! Our order included: pretzel club deluxe spicy, 12 count nugget, 4 large fries. We ordered 2 Cobb Salads and basically we got lettuce and cut up chicken. The other toppings are extremely scarce on both salads and not anything like we usually get. Next we paid extra for +2 blue crumbles and I would be generous to say that might have added up to 2 teaspoons of cheese. We ordered and paid for extra dressing but it wasn't included. We requested several sauces but they only add 4 sauces and not the ones we requested. We had 2 drinks and one of them was the wrong beverage (regular coke instead of sweet tea) Our driver picked up the correct order and the receipt on the bag has our order correctly received. The store missed the mark and we likely won't use them for delivery again so that we can check our order before we leave the store

overall it was actually pretty good (except for the bacon I did not like it at all) could've been better if the pretzel buns were bigger. Had me biting 2% bun and the rest distributed between the lettuce, chicken and the tomato.

All of the chicken had a stringy and spongy texture that it normally doesn't. It seems like the result of over-marinating. Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries®were fresh and crisp! The Strawberry Milkshake was good, but i wish I could order in a larger size. I probably wont be ordering again.

BEC Biscuit was wrong in that it was a Sausage Egg and Cheese so that was a fail which is a rare rare rarity for Chic Fil A but sausage is not a favorite and it overpowers all it comes into contact with so money wasted, too, but I am not allowing that hiccup and a few others that particular order and morning to effect their 5 star rating- It is "My Pleasure" to rate them for what has been 5 star service and food quality all of the 10m visits and deliveries before- My point for the post is to remind anyone caring a/o listening to not always react so swiftly jumping online with frustrations of your favorite places or those that are new when it isn't perfect or even 1/4 of what you expected because things happen and sometimes accidents come about because of simple miscommunications and that is ok- Bring it to the attention with kindness and it will be corrected- Restaurants and all businesses don't think they will survive by pushing us away- Have a great weekend-
