I've never had a bad experience with food at chic fil a in over 40 yrs! However, the chicken on my #1 combo was very dark brown and too crispy to eat. I wish I had taken pics. I didn't think I'd ever say anything until door dash asked if last trip was good bad or indifferent etc. The chicken was so overcooked that there wasn't much chicken which is sooooo odd for chic fil a. I don't want a free cookie or whatever. I just want others to know. I also ordered through door dash around 11-1130am on a weekday.

The hash browns were re dropped and soaking in grease and couldn't eat them. My tea was 3/4 full. Biscuits weren't wrapped properly and looked opened. Not usually they type of service I get from Chick-fil-A but that was a waste of $24.

Nuggets are superior to any!! their own sauce is over the moon with them! excellent food & very fast service with doordash too! Excellent experience all around!!

Loved it! It tasted wonderful and I would order it again with a meal this time. They even included the straw which sometimes they would forget when I order through the drive thru. Overall, it was amazing and delicious.

Chick fil a is always good ! But they made this sandwich to prefection. Chicken was crispy, fries were hot
