My Cobb salad came with a half an egg, literally no cheese or tomatoes. I paid for lettuce, mostly. And they gave me no silverware. This is NOT how their salads used to be. My first job was at Chick Fil A. This is not ok.

You guys are the best. I have friends today and the soup was excellent with our clubs. Thank you and keep it going. Your manager should be very proud. What I want to know is how do you keep the soup so warm? LOL

Kale salad, which is normally dressed well was extremely dry. Sandwhich was soggy and the instructions as to what to remove were ignored. Usually im always happy with my order from chick fila but this time was not very pleasant, im still giving 4 stars bc assume this was a one off and maybe they were just super busy.
