My drink was not sealed in any way to prevent tampering, which is a serious safety concern. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable consuming the beverage. It was also an upcharge item (hibiscus tea), which makes the situation even more disappointing.

The food was overcooked and hard. The taste was nasty. Not a chick-if-A norm. The sandwiches were just thrown together.

The drink didn't have any kind of tamper proof seal on it, so I did not feel comfortable drinking it
