Ordered a 4 piece chicken strips and got 2.5 piece. I use to justify the price with quality and service, but this recent order lacks both. It's not worth the $15 to gamble on if they give correct amount of food in the future.

Did not get 18 gizzards. Just small pieces of gizzards, mostly batter. Tenders were very small, old, rubbery & dry tasting like they had been in warmer several hours. Definitely, not worth $45.

Chicken was greasy and hush puppies were super sweet and seemed old.
The flavor was good and they were very generous with the chicken. Will try again, usually not greasy.

The fol in th store obv cant count. Liver and gizzard mix 6/9 mix with the tw sides of jalep poppers 3 each. I got 3 and 1/2 livers (and that is being very generous) and 5 jalepeno poppers. What an absolute ripoff and disappointment especially since I had it delivered door dash to my hotel so it was quite expensive. Dasher done nothing wrong as bag was sealed very well.

The chicken was all a weird grayish color and had the texture of jerky -- does that mean it's overfried? Not sure. Corn was watery and flavorless. Everything else was fine
