I love their french fries and gravy.......great snack. They also have the best chicken strips and fish. The store in Santa Fe, Tx has some wonderful people working there. Oh and let's not forget their awesome sweet tea.

The portions were great the 4 Tender Dinner ! They did give double mashed potatoes instead of fries and mashed potatoes but they threw in extra chicken so I wasn't even mad at the substitution. The 4 Hush Puppies were delicious and crispy. I wish I got more! The 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie was the only thing I could go without. However, it was very chocolately! If you like soft cookies, you'll like it. If you prefer crunchy like me, stay away.

Chicken was dry. breading was rock hard and couldn't even bite into it. Had to break it apart. Won't order again.

The one side of Mac and cheese that we actually received looked like yellow water and noodles, they also forgot a family size mac and cheese. Bredding was falling off the chicken too. Best thing about the meal was the gravy. Absolutely sub par with everything else. It'll be awhile before I try Chicken Express again.
