Ordered 2 apple and 2 cherry pies only got 3 apple and not get the cherry pies. The corn nuggets tasted old and the corn inside it was hard and couldn't be chewed. Potatoes with gravy barely has a tsp of gravy on it and so much pepper hard to eat.

3PC FISH DINNERthe fish was like rubber, so disappointed#4 - 2PC CHICKEN COMBO The chicken was very greasy. It is normally good, don't know what happened. they gave me a Dr. Pepper, instead of the diet coke I ordered. We are so disappointed.

Even though I went by 15 to 20 minutes before closing, the family order of gizzards and 8pc chicken I ordered were fresh and hot. The chicken was so freshly cooked it required no reheating once I got home. The gizzards were cooked perfectly; not too hard and not chewy with perfect amount of batter. Even the rolls were fresh.

Tenders were very small. Macaroni and cheese tasted a little old today. Mashed potatoes were too dry.

The gizzards have always been good and a favorite of mine. However, this time they were poorly prepared. They were cooked to a crisp. The batter was super hard and crumpled to pieces after attempting to bite into them. Then the meat inside was tough and barely chewable. Ordinarily the batter is a golden brown with the perfect crisp and tenderness of the meat. Either there was a new cook or someone was rushing the cook time due to it being close to closing time.
If this was my first time ordering, I'd never order again. This was just the 1st time they came out so bad.
