After calling the store and talking to management, they sent me the type of quality of food that I'm used to from that store. I really appreciated the extra attention they gave to the packaging and it was hot when it arrived my home. Thank you again Doordash for helping me resolve this situation.

The 2 combo meals were tasty but 3 of the 4 pieces of chicken were so small that they looked miniature. The thigh was all bone. So disappointing. So good but not worth the cost. It's never happened in the past.

I'm very unhappy that my bag was wide open. Not tied. No stickers -nothing! The ribs are tiny. My picture shows the size. The length of 2 wet naps. Chicken/potatoes are fine and tastes good. Ribs don't taste fresh.

My chicken bite dinner was truly delicious, fried to a lightly crispy golden brown and was fresh and not overcooked. The portion size is always on point and I would order again because this is my go to order from CS!!

The Combo Dinner was on point. The chicken (breast and wing) was cooked to perfection. The 4 rib bones were so tender--fall of the bones and plenty of BBQ sauce--Excellent. The ribs needed more meat on the bones. I wish that you could order individual pieces of the chicken a la cart. I like the wings, legs and breast but I do not like the short thigh. This order was a big improvement since my last order. I had almost given up on Chicken Shack on Mack & Alter Rd. in Detroit. I hope they keep up the good work and I will order again from this location.
