• 2/4/25Classic Sirloin* - 6oz was cooked as ordered.
Pick Any 2 steak had great flavor but it was fatty. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and had great flavor.
Southwestern Eggrolls fan favorite over here. We did not eat right away so they need a few minutes in the air fryer.
Dip Trio chips were great and so were the dips

• 26/1/23The cheese burgers were fine according my toddler but unfortunately the seafood pasta was portions were very small compared the shrimp in one out of the two pastas were completely raw. Like no pink all grey, very disappointing since this was my pregnant craving dinner for the night and now its inedible. Definitely not worth the 20+ dollars for it.

• 16/7/25Everything was packed neatly in the takeout containers. QR code on the box of the Triple Dipper® to give you reheating instructions was great. Everything was fresh the steak was cooked to the ordered temperature. The portions we perfect. There were left overs from the Pick Any2.

• 11/5/24The steak was good. I was disappointed however with the Sides I got like 7 barely cooked mushrooms, the asparagus was nearly raw and the size of the caesar salad that I paid an extra 7 dollars for was disappointingly small. There was also no silverware or even a napkin. Paying 45 dollars before tip and not even getting a fork is crazy. I won't be doing that again. I am however giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service was fast.

• 22/4/23Very carefully and deceptively titled/pictures item: House BBQ Full Order Ribs
TLDR: I just got 2 and spent 70 bucks for the equivalent amount of food of a single full rack of ribs and some fries and rice and small salad. Chilli's just torched my business forever.
I've been to myriad different Chilli's around the country many times in my life, albeit not recently. I assumed these were the full rack of baby back ribs I've loved in the past. They're not. These aren't baby back ribs at all. That item isn't anywhere on the menu.
It appears blatantly purposeful and manipulative to me that they're listed as an ambiguous and legally undefinable full "order" because this is obviously about half the meat of any full RACK (standard unit of meaurement for ribs since before anyone working for Chilli's was even born) I've ever had at a Chilli's or any other restaurant before in my life.
The picture of the item even has it plated to present like a full rack would be, with a rack being cut into two portions which have to be overlapped quite a great deal in order to fit onto a single serving plate. But this product's image seems very obviously meant to deceive about the quantity actually being purchased, especially if you don't expand the image and examine it closely. (Like way zoomed in with your face practically pressed against your device)
What you see in that picture is all of it, the portion on the bottom of the stack doesn't extend at all beneath the top portion. Literally what is fully and completely visible in the image is equivalent to the entire portion size, unlike any other presentation of ribs on a plate I've ever seen in my decades of eating at restaurants. They would readily fit in the roughly 8-in square delivery box without needing to be cut. Why cut them then?
You guys know what you did. This is lousy food and it's way overpriced.
Boo Chilli's. You're now my least favorite place to get robbed.
Thoroughly disappointed.
