A lot of Chili's food is hit or miss (in my opinion), but the Big Mouth® Bites are amazing! Have had them in the restaurant and they DoorDash and both times did not disappoint. Chips and salsa always good and the guacamole is also very good.

Forgot the sauce in both orders, the fry portion was about 10 fries smushed into the top of the takeout container so they were soggy,  and my $20 order contained 2 chicken cluckers.  You could get 10X the chicken if you went to CFA.

I just received the smallest, completely room temp, and worst tasting steak of my life. 

This Classic Sirloin* - 10oz was smaller and thinner than a deck of cards. awful!

The food is always great but it's really inconsistent.  Sometimes I get a giant bag of steamed broccoli, sometimes (like tonight) I get 5 smaller pieces. Sometimes the garlic butter is on the steak, sometimes it's on the side. Sometimes the ranch is in 2oz containers, sometimes its in a sides cup.

honestly, it wasn't in a sealed chilis bag, it was in a random grocery bag. the chicken was absolutely old, cold and dry and so we're the fries. I was super disappointed and unable to eat those items..
