The Singapore Noodle is actually DRY like it's SUPPOSED to be. This is the only place I order Sing Noodle from now. Everywhere else makes it sopping wet, which is nasty. Seriously, if you want Sing Noodle done right, this is as close as you're gonna get in SD North County.

I'm reluctant to criticize China Fusion because it is the best deal in town.
However, when I looked at the 2 spare ribs in the combo platter I actually laughed. They were ridiculously tiny with almost no meat on them. Why serve that?
The 'hot' mustard is so watered down it is not hot at all and tasteless.
The chicken chop suey would be much better if it had less sauce on it. Healthier too.

The Wonton Soup would be better if it tasted like Wonton Soup.
The Beef in the Ginger Beef was so tough and poor quality it reminded me of China Bros, which is why I don't order from them anymore.
I hope this is a one off because this Beef was terrible.

We ordered Sesame Chicken, Beijing Beef, and House Fried Rice. Way too much food for two people, but we wanted some variety. Food suffered a bit from being too packed into the container. I would prefer half the quantity, with higher quality, and you could charge less. If I really like what you're cooking, I'll get 2 orders. Beijing Beef and House Fried Rice were quite good.

Okay, I love this place! We ordered the dinner for 3. The won ton soup was the best I have had in almost 20years. The wonton was so tender and delicious, broth wonderful and the veggies were perfect. I am looking forward to ordering this soup again.
The rest of our meal was perfectly seasoned, warm and plenty for leftovers. Thanks DoorDash!
I will be ordering from this restaurant from now on.
Just a quick note: Chinese food is not on my list of favorite dishes, but this meal has changed my mind! My Dad said " this is so good and not from the usual place?" I replied, "yes Dad you are right, this will be are new restaurant" and he agreed.
