V2. Eggplant with Garlic Sauce I order this dish every time I order from this restaurant. the eggplant is tender and has a buttery texture. the onions and carrots are crisp and the bell peppers have just enough bite. I get this very spicy and I asked for it Spicier and they made it perfectly. It's not burning my mouth, uncomfortably, but the flavor and heat is there. You don't need to reach for a drink every bite even at Very Spicy and that's really nice. you can tell the spice is a flavoring and not a torture event. I used the left over sauce to simmer some tofu, and it was great. I will keep ordering this dish.
V6. House Style Braised Bean Curd
I get this because it freezes perfectly and reheats great. It tastes the same or better after freezing and I have something I can just grab. Now I have a few in my freezer for nights when I don't want to cook. I'm super happy about it. It's a rich and delicious dish and very filling.

C23. Sesame Chicken was just okay. The B2. Mongolian Beef had a good taste but there was only about 8 pieces of beef in the whole entree. A4. Vegetable Spring Roll (2) were the best thing about the whole meal! They were really good. Overall, the portion sizes are lot smaller than most other places for the price.

The vegetable pan fried noodles are always fresh, with lots of variety in the veggies! The sauce is delicious! The noodles are perfectly crispy.

I order from here quite often and the food is usually excelent. And tonight the S03. Wonton Soup and R2. Chicken Fried Rice were very good. The A7. Crab Rangoon (6) however was not. They were so soggy and tough that they could not be eaten. I had to throw them away. Not up to China Garden's usual standards.

Food is amazing. I get my order before scheduled or in time. It's been hard to find Good Sesame Chicken. I'm finally happy that I have. To the wait staff, drivers, cooks, managers, and owners; keep up the amazing work. I truly appreciate y'all and your food thank y'all so much.
