I ordered the OG chip, and all of them were the SW (semi-sweet).These aren't as good; they're too bitter, but also, they're just not following directions. It's literally their OG cookie. How do you mess that up? Very disappointing.

I will never order chip again. Ordered 12 cookies and 4 bottles of milk and got 6 cookies. $60 and a 38 minute wait and we got 6 cookies. Called the Sugarhouse store where we ordered them from and got nothing but attitude from the girl who messed up our order. Told us to figure it out with Door Dash and hung up on me. NEVER ORDERING CHIP AGAIN. Go with Crumble or another cookie place.

Disappointed with the quality of the cookies I ordered. Chip usually has very soft cookies, but mine were rock hard. A disappointing waste of money.

I get the idea to keep the cookies warm, but it destroys the sugar cookies- they came completely melted. The chocolate chip were good though!
