The best Chocolate Chip Cookies I have ever had from a bakery, hands down!! They arrived warm, soft , aromatic and delicious!! I would 110% recommend to anyone with or without a sweet tooth!

These cookies are just not good. They are huge mounds of dough that are more like undercooked bread than a proper cookie. There were large pockets of air on top and dense lumps of undercooked gummy -not gooey- dough on the bottom. I would prefer an well-made normal sized cookie than a monstrous under-baked loaf of cheap ingredients.

The cookies were all smashed, chocolate chip cookies on top of frosted cookies, and the peanut butter were melted into each other. I was not able to use what I needed them for. I have never had this issue with Chip so it was highly disappointing.

I have ordered from Chip in the past and have never received my cookies in a plastic container. Cookies also look burnt. This were a Christmas gift and the presentation looked horrible! Very disappointed!
