This location took 45min to make one bowl and give to the dasher. Ingredients did not seem fresh. The ratio of ingredients was crazy- it was like 1scoop rice 3 scoops sour cream. I won't reorder from this location since this has happened a few times

I picked up my order immediately, so it was not sitting long. But still, the Burrito was completely cold all the way through, which makes sense because it was basically all toppings! Virtually no chicken or beans inside. It seemed like tortilla wasn't even warmed. The guacamole was so salty, it was difficult to eat & because the burrito was mostly guacamole, it too was extremely salty!

4 pieces of meat in each of our orders. manager was terrible when I called the store. $65 bucks for rice is ridiculous.

the burrito bowl tasted fine, but there was a lot less to it than I remember (it has been a little over a year since I have eaten here). I ordered chips and guac and a burrito with double meat. I ordered it as soon as they opened. I had chips that were absolutely covered in salt and it was too much for anyone to eat, some of the chips were wet/soggy with lime juice?(please be lime juice), and the guac had large dark patches like it had been sitting open, which shouldn't be because I ordered it right at opening. So that means they are either using old guac or putting avocados in there that are rotten. either way I paid money just to throw the chips and guac in the trash.

The bowl was basically loaded with rice, yet forgot the cheese and the lettuce and had very very little steak which is the most expensive part.
