Usually, Chipotle is amazing. My order tonight wasn't. The chips were stale, the salad had little chicken and I had to pick out some brown edged and limp greens. Probably a fluke but was disappointing.

I Ordered a veggie burrito and I had them double wrap it with a tortilla and I was missing the second tortilla however they double wrapped it with aluminum foil. It just tasted off to me and the burrito was on the skimpier side. Also it was lukewarm by the time it arrived.

The order is believed to have included greens but both Burrito Bowls contained none. The Bowls delivered were certainly not worth the money charged . To make matters worse the rice was partially uncooked. Certainly a disappointing dinner.

This Chipotle is inconsistent with portions, sometimes you get what you pay for with a good amount of food and other times if you order a bowel you get a partially, half filled bowel. Which I guess is their attempt at trying to charge you for extra portions.

Bit into 3 bones in my "Vegetarian" Sofritas Burrito Bowl. I hesitate every time I order Chipotle Togo/DD but not everyone understands some of us rely on it unfortunately. Poor quality every time and even Employees agree that the old leftovers/poor quality cooked items go to DD orders. The chips were old and stale. Not even crunchy!
Very disappointing
