corn salsa was frozen and the Quesadilla was all smashed. This location has terrible quality control issues

The most horrible Bowl ever. $16 for a bowl & they skimped my meal. Barely any rice, icould see to the broenbottom of the bowl on both side. $5.25 upcharge for brisket & it wasn't a full spoon full and was all crunchy like they ran out & gave me the scraps. Not pleased at all. Chipotle, Please dont do this to people who TRUST you to make their food while not in your presence. It's not integral. Just not right at all!

the burrito bowl is too expensive for the way that it tastes. bleh. gross and salty. the chips and queso are good though!

The rice was hard and there was I say about 7 strips of lettuce and also there was hardly any meat in there. I am very disappointed.

the rice from my bowl was crunchy, like it had been sitting on the warmer too long, my lettuce was missing and I ordered chicken but received steak. I couldn't eat the steak but the veggies were fresh and the guacamole was delicious but my chips were stale. maybe a problem this day bc everything is normally great here. what happened lol
