The burrito were the same size as my kids hands, the black beans were hard not fully cooked. There was more rice than protein in the burritos. I will not be ordering again due to this is the second time they have messed up.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Our online order was prepared correctly, arrived on time, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Everything was well packaged, and the quality exceeded our expectations. It's great to see a restaurant that pays attention to both the food and the delivery experience. Honey chipotle chicken, worst bowl I’ve ever seen from Chipotle. Crunchy brown under cooked rice, flakes of chicken. Not spicy at ALL! My regular chicken bowl had chicken, skimpy on the beans but lots of crunchy brown rice. Not worth the price anymore. Very disappointed.

I am reaching out regarding a recent Chipotle order that left me disappointed. I paid an additional $5 for extra chicken, but the amount of chicken I received does not appear to reflect an extra serving, and the portion of rice in my bowl was also extremely small. My order was very simple, so there were not many ingredients taking up space in the bowl. I understand that portion sizes can vary somewhat, and I am not expecting an oversized meal or enough food to feed multiple people, but I do expect to receive the portions I paid for. When I pay extra for chicken, I expect a noticeable extra serving, and in this case the bowl appeared significantly underportioned overall. I have generally had positive experiences with Chipotle, which is why this was especially disappointing, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed. I've been ordering from this store for a while but I don't know if it's worth the money, I don't know if it is me who's the problem, but I found that the beans are too small in the food, it's like I'm just eating just the rice without no beans.
