The 2 bags of chips were not crispy. In fact they were tough. I couldn't tell if they were under cooked or stale. But, they were not edible. The container for the salad was too small. Everything was so smashed together, it was running over the sides and difficult to tell if was the salad. Just not like any salad I have ever received from Chipotle's.This is the first time I've had any concerns or complaints about any of your food. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.

There was hardly any rice in the steak Burrito Bowl and the steak was extremely chewy. The barbacoa Salad that was ordered had barely any lettuce. The lettuce that the salad did have was at the bottom; got soggy, and a some of the lettuce pieces were browning badly.

This place sucks. They make you pay $7 extra for extra steak. Then they dont even fill the steak bowl. AND they put so little food in the bowl that it looks half eaten. The tortilla on the side did not seem fresh, just warmed up. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a carnitas bowl with extra meat and I got maybe 5-6 pieces of meat in the bowl. Total rip off because it cost me an extra $5!

Both of our Burrito Bowls were like soup due to the amount of liquid in them. Neither bowl was filled as much as if we were in person. We do not usually have this problem. Was disappointed.
