decided to give them another chance, very disappointed. Burrito was tiny and ice cold with maybe 4 teensy pieces of chicken. Guacamole was brown and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time

If I didnt know my door dasher I would swear he got into my order. Burrito Bowls were less than half the normal portions. I called the store, spoke with a manager (Arery). She insisted I go out of my way and bring the food back so she could inspect it. I frequent this location often and can expect great service and decent size portions. This was lousy food and very poor customer service.

I am not sure what is going on at this Chipotle. It used to be great, but over the last few months it has gone downhill. They are always running out of product. The portions are smaller, and they over cooking their meat. The chicken in my Burrito Bowl was burnt to the point of being tough, stringy and inedible. I couldn't chew it it was so tough. There was no fresh tomato salsa and the bowl was only half filled. I haven't complained before because every restaurant has a rough spell. However, this unit has gone downhill to the point that I will start ordering from somewhere else.

"Double" chicken is just as much as a single serving. "Large" guacamole, not worth the $10!! And was not fresh. Do not recommend buying. Overall, the food tasted okay, but as ALWAYS arrives cold. Over it, the prices have been ridiculous, they have gone really down. Spend the same amount for Pita but will get fresher ingredients and larger portions. Only bought here because Pita isn't offered through DoorDash. Disappointed :\

Burrito bowl was filled to the abso brim. It was great. Chips were stale but queso was hot.
