The burritos are always NEVER closed the liquids are always outside the burritos and by the time it gets delivered its always a mess and the tortilla is soggy.
My burrito bowl was allll rice. The whole bottom half was just rice. The sauce topping were seeping outside the tin foil top.

The Quesadilla was good but disappointed guacamole was an up charge as it shows it in the picture as a side. I would of rather then got more sour cream instead. The Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco honestly looked like a small. I wonder what the small actually looks like because the price is a bit much.

I don't even know why I try to order takeout from Chipotle anymore. It's always wrong, they always skimp on ingredients when no one is watching, they use substandard ingredients. This is the last time I order takeout or delivery from any chipotle again. I have barely a scoop of of rice, like a 1/4 scoop of queso blanco that I paid extra for and it's gross and different than usual, I asked for the corn salsa and they gave me the salsa verde which is more spicy. It's basically inedible. I've had takeout orders have literally a 1/2 a hard avocado in the guacamole, not even an attempt to chop it up and so hard I couldn't bite into it, chicken so burnt I couldn't chew it. They don't care at all about to go orders. It's harder to serve the customer tiny portions and inedible ingredients when the customer is in line looking at you making their food. When it comes to to go they don't care. In fact I've seen that they use different sets of ingredients for to go orders and I know they put the burnt, old, substandard ingredients in the to go containers because the customer doesn't see it until they've already paid for it and had it delivered.

Purchase chicken quesadilla, the tortilla was hard and burnt, there was a small portion of cheese. The meat was tasty, but that's about it. We'll not order again.

I order from this Chipotle frequently, and my son’s meals consistently have very skimpy meat portions. This time, I ordered double meat, but received about the same amount I’d normally get with a standard portion. Please retrain whoever is preparing these orders on proper portion sizes, especially when customers are paying extra for double meat.
