I don't know what happened but I only had exactly 8 pcs of chicken on my burrito bowl. And the rice they gave me was old (it was all clumped together into small balls) very mushy/mashed together.

Just spend 20 bucks for a bowl and it was so small and even smaller burrito for 15 bucks, it was good but the portions are tiny for the money

Burrito was fine...salad was full of slimy lettuce...not fresh or crisp. There were hardly any fajita veggies just a few onions

Whats wrong with the chips here? Tastes like rubber and not like the other branches. Seems like hard tacos have same issues but don't seem to crack easily.
Meat was good however but meal was just ok.

They've clearly been visited by corporate recently because they absolutely love to skimp on ingredients. You are charging $15 a bowl, stop giving me a dozen shreds of cheese.
